This is the back of our house, when completed there will be a covered back verandah. At the time of this trip it's still just dirt :-)
The scope is unpacked, set up and ready for use. Saturn will be low in the north (40 degrees transit altitude), the scope is pointed approximately where Saturn will be at transit at 4am tomorrow morning.
After a hard night's work I took this image at approx 4.30am on the morning of the 28th, sunrise is not far away.
The scope is pointing at Jupiter, but it was still too close to the sun to get any decent results!
